He is best known for his parts in the role of Don Keefer in the HBO series The Newsroom and as Matt Short in the sitcom TV show Life in Pieces. Sadoski began to date actress Amanda Seyfried in early-2016. On September 12, 2016, they were engaged. They got married on March 12, 2017. Seyfried and Sadoski welcomed their second child in the month of September in 2020. Sadoski is also a board member at INARA. It helps children who are affected by injuries from conflicts to receive the medical treatment they require. He is the ambassador for War Child USA and War Child Canada. He is additionally on the advisory boards of Fortify Rights, and a board member Emeritus at Refugees International.
